Driving using Balloons - Vehicle Seized

This evening, PCSO Saltmarsh was on patrol, checking hotspot areas known for Antisocial Behaviour.

A vehicle in Llanharry was located, and the driver inside was using Nitrous Oxide Balloons, which causes impairment, and is illegal.

The drivers vehicle was seized under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act.

The Neighbourhood Policing Team is committed to tackling this behaviour.
